Wander the Warehouse District

Wander the Warehouse District is the signature loft and business tour in Downtown Toledo’s Warehouse District.
Get a behind-the-scenes look inside some of the newest renovations in our neighborhood! 

Eight locations have been selected for your viewing pleasure:

Hotel Royal: 337 Broadway St.

Barber Farris (Pink) Building: 144 S. Huron St.

Marck Residence: 123 S. Huron St.

Overmeyer / Commerce Paper: 15 S. Ontario St.

Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here or on the day of the event at one of following locations:

Grumpy’s Toledo parking lot: 38 S Huron Street (North corner of Huron & Lafayette Streets)

Thrift & Sip Event Entrance: 201 Morris Street (Near Maumee Bay Brewing Company Warehouse Event Center)
 
Your ticket will include a map of the locations on the tour. You must show your ticket at each location in order to enter. This is a self-guided, self-paced tour. Unfortunately, due to the old age of these buildings, this event is not handicap accessible. No beverages or pets inside the tour locations. Event is rain or shine.

Did you purchase tickets online? Bring a copy of your proof of purchase to Will Call located at each day of ticket sale location on the day of the event to pick up your wristband and map.

Limited parking will be available at the Erie Street Market / Farmers Market. Otherwise, street parking or private lots will be available. For more information on parking visit: https://www.downtowntoledo.org/parking/.
